Music Festivals

Before talking about Music Festivals let's find out what it is.

So music festival is a festival that is oriented towards music, sometimes presented with a theme such as nationality, musical genre, locality of musicians, or holiday. Such festivals are commonly held outdoors, and besides they are often inclusive of other attractions - food and merchandise vendors, social activities, and performance art. May be one of the earliest festivals known is The Pythian Games at Delphi. Festivals were also held as competitions during the Middle Ages.

Many festivals are annual, many repeat at some other interval. Some, mostly including rock festivals, are held only once. Some of them are organized as for-profit concerts, others - are benefits for a specific cause.
